Having an extensive background in customer service and hospitality, he decided to team up with Louie to open Colorado River Tees in December 2004. Doug heads up the embroidery department, over seeing the inhouse digitizing department and embroidery production crew.

Doug has received extensive training from Hirsch International, in Santa Ana, California for embroidery design, digitizing, and design layout. We aspire to create and embroider only the best product possible, for our customers.

Working for 10 years in the grocery service industry, he wants to ensure that everyone that makes Colorado River Tee's their choice for embroidered and printed garments is 100% satisfied.

Tennille D. Staggs 

Chief Operations Officer/Partner

Tennille is a life long resident of Bullhead City. Her grandparents started Oscar Construction Company, back in BHC early days. She truly has seen the area grow and prosper. She is a graduate of Mohave High School.

She brings to Totally Awesome Printing, vast experience in Vinyl banners, signs, and the installation of these materials.

Tennille is very active in the Colorado River Kiwanis Club on behalf of the Colorado River Tees Corporation. Further, she is the liaison for the builders club at Fox Creek Jr High.

Louie M Fernandez - CFO/Managing Partner

Louie brings to the team a technical knowledge of the print shop business. Having owned a print shop years ago he decided to team up with Doug and open Colorado River Tees.

During his fulltime job, he moves trains. He is employeed by a Class 1 railroad as a certified locomotive engineer. His main objective with Colorado River Tees is to make sure that every client that they encounter is satisfied with their experience at CRTs.

Louie oversees the financial affairs of the corporation and the creative marketing. Totally Awesome Printing is always trying to improve it's products to our clients. 

We utilize some of the best, most advance machines, in use today for the printing industry. We try to keep our overhead low, to pass the savings on to you, our valued clients.

Loke-Lau Brigoli - Production Manager

Most of our clients recognize Loke from her days at the Ramada Express, where she worked for years as the lighting and sound technician. She had a packed house every Monday night in the Cabose Lounge for her Karaoke.

Loke now works with our team and she also has her own business called Aloha Entertainment. She specializes in DJing, Karaoke, and Entertainment for weddings, birthday parties, holiday events, and much more.

Zachary Stanfield -

Graphic Artist/Production Press Operator

Zach is an amazing freehand graphic artist. He currently learning the trade in our production facility.

While he is working with our team, we are teach him how to use Corel Draw graphic art software and the procedures necessary to produce vibrant and amazing printing jobs on clothing.

He is currently creating and working on his own clothing label line called "Zero Strategy". Keep your eyes open for his product in a store near you soon.

HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT INTERN PROGRAM

Totally Awesome Printing continues to be a part of the community. One of the programs we created and continue to improve on, is an Intern Program, where High School students, can come in and train in our business, side by side with our print technicians.

They work with all staff, and learn printing techniques, Embroidery, Preparation work, Clean-up, Artwork, Interpersonal Skills, and many other segments to the printing business. In addition we try to assist them with resume writing, interviewing skills, client communication skills, and teach them how to set goals and the path they need to take to attain those goals.

Below are a few of these young adults we have had the pleasure of working with. The entire staff at Totally Awesome Printing, wish them the best of luck with their continuing education and career goals.
