Having an extensive background in customer service and hospitality, he decided to team up with Louie to open Colorado River Tees in December 2004. Doug heads up the embroidery department, over seeing the inhouse digitizing department and embroidery production crew.

Doug has received extensive training from Hirsch International, in Santa Ana, California for embroidery design, digitizing, and design layout. We aspire to create and embroider only the best product possible, for our customers.

Working for 10 years in the grocery service industry, he wants to ensure that everyone that makes Colorado River Tee's their choice for embroidered and printed garments is 100% satisfied.

Louie M Fernandez - Partner

Louie brings to the team a technical knowledge of the print shop business. Having owned a print shop years ago he decided to team up with Doug and open Colorado River Tees.

During his fulltime job, he moves trains. He is employeed by a Class 1 railroad as a certified locomotive engineer. His main objective with Colorado River Tees is to make sure that every client that they encounter is satisfied with their experience at CRTs.

Louie oversees the accounting, quoting, and inventory portion of the business. We have over 30 different vendors, so that they can offer you, what you may be looking for. Everything from safety clothing, to union made hats and shirts, pens, mugs, & bags.

We utilize some of the best, most advance machines, in use today for the printing industry. We try to keep our overhead low, to pass the savings on to you, our valued clients.

Tenacious in building new business, securing customer loyalty, and forging strong relationships with external business partners. He has earned numerous national awards and recognitions.

Joey moved here from South Carolina so his best attribute is his deep southern accent along with that well-known Southern hospitality.

This team member has been on both sides of the fence. He spent years buying logo products for a nationally know hotel chain with an average annual marketing budget of over a half million. He now works with our clients to insure we meet their needs as a company and client.
